Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Runcorn HQ + 2 Days London)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + package

Location: North West with 2 days in London

A leading main contractor with a strong reputation for regeneration, refurbishment, retrofit and new build projects is looking to appoint a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

Based from Runcorn, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of schemes while spending two days per week in London supporting live projects on site. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early career QS to gain hands on experience across multiple sectors and regions, working with a contractor known for quality delivery and long term progression.

What You'll Be Involved In

• Supporting senior QSs with cost management, valuations, procurement and commercial reporting
• Assisting with subcontractor management, tender analysis and contract administration
• Working on a mix of housing, care, commercial and education schemes
• Exposure to refurbishment, retrofit, regeneration and new build projects
• Regular site visits, including two days per week in London
• Contributing to project delivery across multiple UK regions

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong communication, organisation and numerical skills
• Eager to learn, proactive and confident working on live projects
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage travel as required
• Genuine interest in progressing within a main contracting environment
