Position: Graduate Pest Control Technician

Location: Dublin 6

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Base €30,300.00 per annum, paid monthly. Expected OTE: €35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

We are currently seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team at the Dublin branch, covering the Dublin 6 area. Successful individuals in this role have included graduates with a science-based, business management or social science degree. Role Overview: Start as a Pest Control Technician. In the first 6-12 months you will cover a specific geographical area while receiving industry recognised training. Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.

After 12-36 months you can choose a career path:

• Sales Surveyor
• Field Biologist
• Service Team Leader
• Key Account Manager

Requirements:

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• A full Irish driving licence.
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a Garda Vetting check depending on the role you have applied for.
