Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across Newcastle upon Tyne to recruit enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, build confidence in the classroom, and make a meaningful impact on young people's education and development.

Your Role- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation, progress, and confidence.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to maximise student outcomes.
- Gain first-hand experience of classroom management and educational practice.
- Hold a degree in any subject area.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Can inspire students and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Have previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
- Competitive daily pay rates of £90 - £105 per day.
