About the School:
Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school before progressing into teacher training, educational psychology, or youth work?

This role is ideal for graduates seeking meaningful classroom experience while making a real impact on students' academic progress and personal development.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons Provide 1:1 and small group academic support Support students with varying learning needs and abilities Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery
What We're Looking For:
- A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered) A genuine interest in education and supporting young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, patient, and positive attitude Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one Provide two professional child-related references
