ResponsibilitiesAs an Environmental Consultant, you will:
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide expert advice on environmental management and sustainability strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions to environmental challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with environmental legislation and industry developments.
- Travel to client sites across the region, ensuring effective project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in an environmental discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Geology, or a related field).
- A full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Live commutable to Stoke
Your typical day will involve:
- Visiting client sites to conduct environmental assessments and gather data.
- Analysing findings and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Liaising with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative environmental solutions.
- Keeping abreast of changes in environmental legislation and ensuring compliance.
