A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join their growing team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career within a supportive environment, working on a wide range of residential and commercial development projects.
You will gain hands-on experience across site investigations, ground assessments, and technical reporting while receiving full training and support towards professional development.
The Role
- Assisting with site investigations and ground assessments
- Logging soil and rock in accordance with industry standards
- Supporting contaminated land and geotechnical assessments
- Preparing factual and interpretative reports
- Assisting with risk assessments and site safety procedures
- Working closely with senior engineers and geologists on project delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- Strong interest in ground investigation and site-based work
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Motivated and eager to develop technical skills
