What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Assisting teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Helping children develop confidence, social skills, and independence
  • Providing additional support to pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from graduates who are:

  • Passionate about working with children and young people
  • Considering a future in teaching, Educational Psychology, or education-based careers
  • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to learn

Degree backgrounds such as Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies (or similar) are particularly relevant - but not essential.
