Graduate Customer Success 2025

We are looking for ambitious graduates (or recent graduates) with skills who are excited about working on projects transforming the regulatory reporting landscape. Prior work experience is not required.

This role is based in London, and you are expected to be in the office most days. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary: £35k

• Be an integral part of the client post-sale experience as part of the Customer Support Team, acting as the first point of contact for clients, resolving their information queries, and providing workarounds when necessary.
• Redirect suspected bugs and provide comprehensive information to product teams to facilitate rapid resolution.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common problems, FAQs, and recommendations.

• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn about fintech and regulatory technology.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in solving real-world problems for clients.
• Familiar with tools like Excel or SQL; experience with support or ticketing tools like Zendesk or Jira is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical information to non-technical staff.
• Detail-oriented and willing to delve into complex issues.
• Persistent and proactive in driving issues to resolution.
