Graduate Complaints Specialist Fintech

Lendable is hiring a Graduate Complaints Officer to start a career in operations within financial services. You'll join as a Graduate focused on handling complaints and train to become fully competent, investigating and resolving complex customer interactions across loans, cards and auto-finance.

You will manage your own caseload from early on, speak with customers directly, and be supported through structured training, coaching and feedback to develop in the role.
