Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Get Into Teaching

Location: Central Leeds
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time or Part-time (3 days per week minimum)

We're working with brilliant secondary schools in Central Leeds that are looking for confident, dependable Cover Supervisors to join their teams long term. It's a rewarding role where you'll develop classroom skills, build strong relationships, and make a real difference to students' day to day learning.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering pre set lessons across a range of subjects, if you have a specialist subject, this will be prioritised
• Creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
• Managing behaviour in line with school policy
• Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
• ️ Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day

What we're looking for:

• ️ Experience working with young people, in or outside of school
• ️ A confident, approachable style with strong classroom presence
• ️ Good communication and behaviour management skills
• ️ A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
