Are you a Civil Engineering Graduate with site experience, looking to kickstart your career within an industry-leading company, offering the opportunity to develop your career with full inhouse training, on the job experience, and routes of progression into an established Project Engineer?

In this role you will be given a full range of specialist training including mentoring, internal and external courses, and on the job learning as you work your way up to eventually overseeing your own projects. You will join a team full of experienced professionals overseeing projects from cradle to grave.

This company are internationally recognised, working across the UK and Europe, specialising in niche civil engineering services across a wide range of projects. Established nearly 80 years ago, they have established themselves as the go-to company in heavy haulage transportation, achieving year-on-year successes.

This role would suit a Civil Engineering Graduate with site experience, looking to develop and kickstart their career as they grow and gain experience within a nurturing company, with a wide array of available alongside clear routes of progression.

The Role:

• Full in-house training
• Assist with all project duties
• Occasional site visits, including abroad
• 40 hours a week, flexible hours, scope for hybrid working after probation
