There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in the Office of the Head of Service, HR, of Dublin & South East Health Region, locations listed below.
The post holder will be expected to work from the Kilkenny office, but the panel may be used for vacancies which occur at either of the two sites outlined below:
- HSE Offices, Iveagh Building, Carrickmines Park, Carrickmines, Dublin 18. D18 X015
- HSE Offices, Lacken, Dublin Road, Kilkenny. R95 NV08
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade V, PA to the HoS HR grade within HSE Dublin & South East region from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Essential
- Significant experience providing administrative, executive support or personal assistant services to senior managers or executives, including managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and balancing competing priorities.
- Significant experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Significant experience handling confidential or sensitive information in a professional environment.
Desirable
- Experience working within Human Resources, healthcare, public service or a similarly complex organisation.
- Knowledge of HSE structures, HR policies and governance processes.
