What would it mean to join a partnership with earnings that sit in the top tier nationally? How would your week change if the practice you joined ran with genuine spare capacity rather than a permanent backlog? What if buy-in didn't need a large lump sum on day one? If those questions interest you, read on.
LocationThe role is based within the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, a rural and affluent part of the county with a stable, settled population. Lymington is around ten minutes away by car, Southampton roughly thirty minutes, and Bournemouth around forty minutes, giving good access to a larger town and a city while living within one of the most protected landscapes in the south of England.
The Practice- A two-site model, five minutes apart by car, both fully equipped and equal in standing, giving genuine flexibility over where and how you work
- A small practice with a strong partnership team, meaning real influence and none of the friction of a larger partner group
- A deliberately light clinical model. No back-to-back clinics, no unnecessary follow-ups, and appointment length left to you
- Supported by a small but very experienced Salaried GP team featuring former Partners, alongside practice nursing and wider primary care network staff
- CQC Good, across the board
- 6-8 sessions a week with an equal share of Fridays
- A structured share of care home visits across four local homes, alongside routine clinical sessions and partnership administrative duties
- Buy-in structured to suit you, with flexible options and no requirement for an immediate lump sum
- Prior partnership experience is welcomed but not essential, provided you understand what business ownership involves day to day
- This is a very high-performing, very attractive Practice and interested candidates will need the dynamism, ambition and energy to match
- Individual partner earnings sit in the top tier nationally for partnership income, with specific figures discussed directly and confidentially with serious candidates
- 6 weeks' annual leave plus 1 week's study leave, with any untaken leave paid out rather than lost
- NHS Pension Scheme membership
- The Practice holds a GMS contract
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
