The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional GP Partner position.

You'll become a key member of the senior clinical leadership team, helping to deliver exceptional patient care while supporting the organisation's continued expansion across Scotland.

Working alongside experienced operational leaders and multidisciplinary clinical teams, you'll contribute to both the strategic and clinical success of the business.

Clinical Leadership
  • Deliver high-quality private GP consultations and health assessments
  • Maintain exceptional standards of patient centred care
  • Support clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety
  • Mentor and support GPs and wider clinical colleagues
  • Promote evidence-based practice and innovation across services
Strategic Leadership
  • Help shape the future development of primary care services across Scotland
  • Support the expansion of existing clinics and new service launches
  • Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment, retention and development of clinical teams
  • Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Service Development
  • Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience
  • Support implementation of new clinical pathways and digital innovations
  • Champion preventative healthcare and lifestyle medicine
  • Contribute to new service offerings as the organisation expands

About You

We're looking for an experienced GP who combines excellent clinical skills with a passion for leadership and service development.

Essential Requirements
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
  • MRCGP (or equivalent)
  • Significant UK General Practice experience
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Interest in developing innovative healthcare services
Desirable
  • Previous GP Partner or senior leadership experience
  • Experience within private healthcare
  • Interest in business development or healthcare management
  • Experience supporting organisational growth or new service implementation
  • Lifestyle Medicine or preventative healthcare experience
