Job Description
Government Affairs & Public Affairs Analyst - Global Tech 
- Location: Dublin Hybrid
- Contract: 6 months (strong plan of extension)
- Salary: €65k - €70k pa
We're looking for a Government Affairs & Public Policy Analyst to join a global tech environment, supporting policy development and engagement across key regulatory areas.
This role offers hands on exposure to how policy shapes business strategy, products, and users - ideal for someone early in their policy career who wants to move beyond purely academic work.
What you'll do- Monitor and analyse policy and regulatory developments
- Conduct policy research and turn insights into clear recommendations
- Support the development of policy positions, briefings, and consultation responses
- Contribute to policy campaigns and external engagement
- Work cross functionally with Legal, PR, Product, and Marketing teams
- Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or similar
- 2-4 years' experience in policy, public affairs, or research
- Experience in policy analysis and contributing to policy development
- Strong understanding of government/regulatory environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
- Exposure to EU, digital, or economic policy
- Experience with consultation responses or advocacy work
