Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

About the Role

As a Google Ads Optimization Specialist, you will support high-value clients in improving their digital advertising performance. You'll work with Google Ads products, helping businesses maximize ROI and grow their online presence.

Your Responsibilities

Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns for high-value clients

Develop keyword strategies, bid adjustments, and budget recommendations

Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

Provide data-driven insights and KPI reporting

Build expertise across Google products (Search, YouTube, Mobile, etc.)

Requirements

Fluent Danish (C1/C2) + English (B2+)

Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads or digital advertising

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Interest in marketing, data, and performance optimization

Compensation & Benefits

Total annual package: Over €26,000

Performance bonus: 5% of annual base salary

Meal allowance: €7.63/day (net, via card)

Relocation bonus: €2,500 (from abroad)
