Goods on Hold Specialist - Fast-Paced Warehouse Ops

DPD Group is seeking a Goods on Hold Operative to support depot operations. You will work with the Operations Manager to manage the held parcel process, ensuring parcels have correct delivery details and are presented for delivery on schedule.

You will also handle customer queries, investigate holds, and collaborate with management to prevent fraud while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisational discipline.
