One of our global clients is looking for a Ads Policy Subject Matter Expert based in Dublin- 5 days/week to office.

Job Title: Ads Policy Subject Matter Expert

Location: Dublin 4, Ireland, D04 E5W5- 3 days to office

Duration: 9-month assignment

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Proven background in Trust & Safety, Ads Policy, or Policy Operations.
  • Technical background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Exposure to ML systems, LLMs, or AI tooling is a strong plus.

Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of Google Ads policy and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex policy and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Information
