GMP Production Technician - Fermentation & Lab Ops

PE Global is currently recruiting for aProduction Technicianfor a leading multi-national pharmaceutical client based in Milton Keynes.

This is a contract role, initially for 12 months.

Rates:£12.21 to £18.82 per hour PAYE, depending on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• To perform all work in accordance with current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) and local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Perform the preparation and production of sterile products using aseptic techniques within a cleanroom environment.
• Conduct daily and routine environmental monitoring activities throughout the facility to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Raise deviations within the Quality Management System (QMS) and complete associated non-investigative records. Initiate and close Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) as required.
• Participate in COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) safety assessments and apply safe working practices at all times

Education/Experience

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Background in a manufacturing setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in graded cleanroom environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated capability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
