Global Workforce Planning & Operations Lead

Leading Global Tech in Dublin is seeking a Workforce Planning & Operations Programme Manager for an 11 month hybrid contract (3 days on site). The role focuses on capacity planning, forecasting, and vendor management across international operations.

The candidate will analyse volumes, staffing requirements and backlogs, partnering with analytics teams to improve forecasting models and reporting. 2+ years in operations or programme management is required; experience with vendors or BPOs is a plus.
