Global Travel Service Delivery Leader (Remote)

Direct Travel seeks a Global Service Delivery Manager to ensure successful delivery of corporate travel management services for strategic customers. You will partner with Global Account Management, Operations, Technology and customer stakeholders to deliver a proactive, high-performing program across markets.

Regional SDMs in the UK, US and Singapore will collaborate to provide seamless service, governance and continuous improvement, driving traveler satisfaction and program adoption.
