Resumonk in Letterkenny is seeking a Manager, Compensation & Analytics to join the PGIM People Team. This role involves collaborating with global partners to develop innovative solutions for compensation challenges and execute compensation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a Bachelor's Degree, and 6-8 years of experience in HR Compensation roles. A hybrid work structure is offered, allowing for flexibility with 2 days onsite weekly.
