Global Total Reward Lead - Hybrid, Drive Talent Strategy

Wood seeks a Reward Lead to join our team on a permanent basis, with hybrid working from UK hubs (Glasgow, Aberdeen, Reading, Staines or Stockton) and international offices in Houston or UAE. You will own total reward across fixed and variable pay, benefits design, and governance.

You will influence senior leadership and HR decisions, support regulatory alignment, benchmarking, and salary structure management across UK and international sites.
