Global Tax Director - Strategy, Compliance & Risk

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Head of Tax on a 12-month fixed-term contract for an early 2027 start. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the global tax strategy, governance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions within this high-growth team.

You will oversee compliance, transfer pricing and employment taxes, manage audits, and drive R&D tax credit submissions while advising senior leadership on tax implications of business initiatives. Motorsport experience welcome.
