Global Tax Associate - Cross-Border M&A (Hybrid)

Brewer Morris is seeking a Tax Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its international tax practice. You will advise on structuring, cross-border transactions, and drafting tax provisions across SPAs and related deals.

The role offers exposure to private equity, real estate, and infrastructure matters, with senior mentorship and a clear progression track in a collaborative, client-facing environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
