Job Description

TIS is seeking a Senior People & Talent Partner to lead our global Talent Acquisition efforts (70-80%) and drive strategic People projects (20-30%). You will join a fully remote, international team in a hybrid setup, shaping the future of our global People function and processes.

You will collaborate with a senior People Operations team to optimise onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS workflows while maintaining a strong candidate experience across diverse functions.
