We are looking for a strategically minded Global Talent Developer Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing talent development initiatives from scratch, including career paths, training plans, and potential identification processes. This person will play a key role in building a culture of professional growth and enabling tools for internal development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Design and implement the process for identifying and mapping internal talent.
  • Create and roll out individual development plans and career paths for various roles and profiles.
  • Develop and implement a structured methodology for career conversations between managers and team members.
  • Design a competency framework and link it to training plans and professional development.
  • Coordinate and execute training programs aligned with business objectives and talent development.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to identify development needs and opportunities within their teams.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented initiatives, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Document processes, tools, and best practices to ensure scalability.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent, development, or training roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement processes from scratch.
  • Knowledge of talent development methodologies, competency models, and training.
  • Experienced in working in international environments.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiar with HR tools, particularly Talent Management modules (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
