Job Description

Daon, Inc. is seeking a hands-on In-House Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across Product, Technology, Engineering, GTM, and Corporate roles.

You will personally run searches, headhunt talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, and partner closely with hiring managers and the Dublin HR Manager in a fast-paced, hybrid, global SaaS environment.
