Global TA Training & Adoption Lead

Bauer Media Group is seeking a Senior TA Training & Adoption Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on building capability, standards, and behaviours to embed Bauer's TA operating model across the organisation.

You will design and deliver global hiring manager and interviewer training, lead adoption of TA processes and recruiting tech, and partner with TA Leaders and People teams to ensure governance is understood and applied.
