In this role, you will drive the design and standardization of electrical systems for a global portfolio of high-reliability data centers. You will define, document, and implement scalable electrical design standards that enhance efficiency, performance, and sustainability across multiple regions. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain global electrical design standards, specifications, and reference designs for data centers.
• Support strategic data center projects for hyperscale clients across new and existing facilities.
• Collaborate with regional engineering, construction, and operations teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, international electrical codes, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new electrical technologies to improve cost, performance, and sustainability.
• Provide reports and actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for mission-critical facilities, ideally large-scale data centers.
• Deep knowledge of high-reliability electrical power systems, medium/low voltage distribution, UPS, and generator systems.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead technical discussions across global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills to align complex projects across multiple regions.
