Global Sales Manager - International Markets ( English and Spanish-speaking)
Location: Hybrid / Netherlands HQ / International Travel
Reports to: Commercial Director
Team: Part of the Global Commercial Team
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Global Sales Manager with strong commercial instincts and a passion for sustainable innovation in packaging. You will be responsible for driving revenue across key markets, with a particular focus on Spanish-speaking regions, including Latin America, Spain, and others. You will manage and grow a global network of clients, distributors, and agents, and help translate PerfoTec's unique value into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global sales growth in equipment, and film-based solutions.
- Open new markets, with a focus on Spanish-speaking regions (Spain, Latin America).
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients, agents and distributors
- Promote PerfoTec's laser perforation systems, patented films, MAP liners, and technology.
- Translate technical packaging needs into customized solutions and offers.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Support and Technical teams.
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Represent PerfoTec at international trade shows, client visits, and field trials.
What We're Looking For
- Proven international B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, film, printing, or packaging equipment sales.
- Experience working with or selling to film converters, extrusion companies, or flexible packaging manufacturers.
- Entrepreneurial drive with strong ownership and self-motivation.
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural relationship skills.
- Strategic yet hands-on sales approach.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-40%.
- Affinity with sustainability, agri-tech, or packaging innovation is a strong plus.
What You Bring
- Background in film production, extrusion, or converting is highly relevant.
- Sales experience with machinery such as slitters, rewinders, or printers is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to open and grow accounts globally.
- Understanding of joint ventures, distribution models, and licensing agreements is a bonus.
- Familiarity with the role of packaging in the fresh produce supply chain is a plus.
