Responsibilities

The manager role works with EY's largest and most complex global audit clients and helps build EY's relationships with client leadership and global audit teams. Responsibilities include:

• Working on global digital audit transformation and enablement engagements, standardising and centralising audit processes through automation, AI and analytics.
• Assisting in designing and implementing global audit strategies related to ESG and other non financial reporting initiatives.
• Fostering exceptional client experiences and identifying opportunities to transform statutory reporting and audit processes.
• Building and leading a high performance team within the COE.

Qualifications

Required

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in practice or industry.
• Strong knowledge of multinational group and statutory audit models.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive presence; able to communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience or strong interest in AI enabled audit tools, automation and digital transformation.

Preferred

• Ability to foster and grow relationships across internal and client stakeholders.
• Prior audit or assurance experience coordinating with accountants/auditors, understanding accounting and auditing processes, risks, data flows and opportunities for automation and analytics.
• Comfort presenting complex topics.
• Exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quo.
