Global Process Training Lead (Hybrid, 18-24mo)

RS is seeking a Learning Lead to own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of end-to-end learning strategies for a global process transformation. You will ensure knowledge transfer and readiness across regions, partnering with Change teams, SMEs, and system integrators.

You will lead SAP-enabled learning initiatives, manage LMS content, and coordinate training delivery across multiple languages and countries within a major enterprise programme.
