Job Title: Global Process Owner - Outside IR35
Location: Onsite 3 days per week - Hertfordshire
Salary/Rate: £650 per day - Outside IR35
Start Date: 26/05/2025
Duration: 6 months

We have a great opportunity to work on a business transformation project. Our client is looking for an experienced Global Process Owner to join them on a 6-month contract working outside IR35.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Own and govern the global Source to Cash and Order to Cash processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimise S2C and O2C workflows across all regions and business units.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) to align process improvements with business strategy.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Define key process metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures to measure performance and compliance.
• Act as the escalation point for process-related issues, working closely with operational teams to resolve them effectively.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Extensive experience in Source to Cash and/or Order to Cash process management.
• Strong background in the IT reseller, managed services, or IT consultancy industry is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Global Process Matrix
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement or transformation projects globally.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and operational teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and often ambiguous environment.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
