Global People Partner (HRBP) - UK & International

Stiltz Homelifts is seeking a People Partner to shape the HRBP function for the UK and international operations. You will partner with leaders, drive engagement and performance, and oversee UK policies, payroll support, and international arrangements. You will coach managers and contribute to a positive employee experience.

You will lead a small team, align People activities with business goals, and deliver compliant, value-driven HR solutions across multiple markets.
