Global People Analytics Partner & Insights Lead

Stripe is seeking a seasoned People Analytics Analyst and Business Partner to support its International organization. Based in Europe, you will partner with People Partners and senior stakeholders to analyze workforce data and deliver high-impact insights.

You will design analytics products, manage Visier governance, and collaborate with data engineering to improve the workforce data ecosystem. A background in management consulting or people analytics is preferred.
