Job Description
Global Payroll Specialist - Europe

Location: UK London - Hybrid Working Available.

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist to join our international team and support payroll operations across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in European payroll, particularly France, who enjoys working in a fast paced, global environment.

What You'll Do
  • Support end to end payroll processing across multiple European countries.
  • Take a key role in French payroll operations, working with internal teams and external providers.
  • Assist with other European payrolls such as Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, UK, etc. (experience with Germany is a strong advantage).
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll queries.
  • Contribute to streamlining and standardizing payroll processes across Europe.
What We're Looking For
  • Around 3 years of experience in in house global or European payroll.
  • Hands on experience with French payroll is essential.
  • Exposure to German payroll or other European payrolls is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and payroll vendors in a fast paced global environment.
  • English required; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory.
