Global Payroll Platforms & HR Ops Specialist - Remote

AVI SPL is seeking a Payroll Platforms & HR Operations Specialist to administer, configure and optimise global payroll and HR platforms, with initial focus on Deel Payroll, EOR, Time Off and Time Tracking. You'll coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance and local teams, resolve issues, manage hypercare, and ensure data quality and compliance across jurisdictions.

You will own platform changes, testing and documentation, create SOPs and training materials, and support seamless payroll operations
