Global Payroll & HR Finance Specialist (UK/US) - Hybrid

Arqit is expanding its Finance Operations Centre in Belfast and seeks a Payroll & HR Finance Specialist to manage payroll for 110 staff across the UK and US. The role supports RSU vesting, tax reporting, T&E management, and policy compliance, acting as a bridge between Finance and HR.

Flexible hybrid working is available from our Belfast city centre office. The successful candidate will have demonstrable UK/US payroll experience, RSU knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a detail-focused
