Global Partner Enablement Director

MongoDB is seeking a Head of Partner Enablement to own the translation layer across our partner ecosystem and internal partner org. This role is hybrid in Dublin or London, reporting to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations.

You will define and own a unified enablement strategy, oversee onboarding and certification pathways, and drive delivery through workshops, webinars, and maintainable enablement content.
