Global Oracle HCM Change Lead (Hybrid) - London

Salt is seeking a Change Manager to lead the global Oracle Fusion HCM transformation from London. The role is hybrid, with 3 days on-site in East London and occasional travel to a West London office, focusing on change management, readiness and adoption across multiple countries.

You will partner with HR, IT and business leaders to shape the change approach, deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, and ensure user adoption aligns with the programme timeline.
