Global Operations Leader: Supply Chain & Growth

Bijoux De Mimi seeks an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone of the business, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work directly with the Founder to build scalable systems in a fast-growing jewellery e-commerce environment.

You'll lead a small, autonomous team, balancing strategic improvements with day-to-day execution, in a hybrid setup with in-office days and flexibility beyond them.
