Global Operations Lead: Supply Chain & Logistics

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone of our fast-growing, internationally scaling jewellery brand. You will manage demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics, partnering with the Founder to build scalable systems in a hybrid London setup.

You will lead forecasting, coordinate suppliers and freight, optimise stock across UK, EU and US warehouses, and drive cost efficiencies.
