Global Media Transactions Counsel (12-Month Contract)

Versant Media, CNBC International and MS NOW, is seeking a Senior Counsel, International, based in London. The role focuses on commercial transactions, content licensing, and production agreements for global news events, with close collaboration to the Versant Media Law team in London and Singapore.

You will advise on Ofcom and other regulators, support marketing and events contracts, and contribute to contract life-cycle initiatives in a fast-paced media environment.
