AXIS Capital is seeking a Global Markets Claims Performance Lead to drive MI, reporting and governance across Lloyd's and London Market platforms. You will transform raw claims data into executive-ready insights and lead cross-functional collaboration with Claims, Compliance and Actuarial teams.

This hybrid role in London/Dublin involves delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly performance narratives, ensuring data quality, and supporting regulatory reporting with a strong emphasis on automation
