Responsibilities include:
- Managing high-impact programs, setting clear priorities, tracking progress, and driving execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Leveraging AI-driven digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact in digital marketing (e.g., paid social, SEO, SEM).
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and attaining stretch outcomes through exemplary leadership.
- Identifying emerging AI and marketing trends, developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Effectively communicating AI initiatives to diverse audiences, including CEOs, C-suite executives, and external partners.
What You'll Bring
- Technical & Functional Expertise: Digital marketing skills with understanding of paid social, search/SEM, display advertising, and familiarity with 'share of model' (LLM) is a bonus.
- Strategic Thinking & Insight Generation: Good understanding of AI, its applications in business, and an aptitude for synthesizing complex information to drive decision-making.
- Teaming & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies fostering innovation and inclusion.
- Agility & Change Management: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
