Global Labelling Manager, Content (Neuroscience)

Responsibilities- Lead global labelling activities for assigned neuroscience products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain high quality core and major market labelling documents.
- Facilitate cross functional labelling discussions to drive alignment and timely decision making.
- Translate clinical, safety and regulatory data into clear, compliant labelling content.
- Conduct competitor, regulatory and scientific research to inform labelling strategies.
- Support health authority interactions with well documented and evidence based labelling rationale.
- Drive timely implementation of approved labelling changes while ensuring global consistency.
- Experience developing and maintaining global product labelling within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and major market labelling frameworks.
- Ability to interpret scientific, clinical and safety data into clear product information.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and traceability practices.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross functional global teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high quality work within agreed timelines.
Expected annual base salary range: €55,370 to €102,830. The base salary is determined based on gender neutral objectives such as relevant skills, competencies and experience, and will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis. You may be eligible for a performance based bonus and additional incentives.
