Global HRBP for UK, Benelux & UAE Hybrid

Malt is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR International team, supporting the UK, Belgium, Netherlands and UAE. You will drive local HR processes, partner with COEs, and enable business growth across diverse regions.

You will coach regional leaders on performance, talent, and change while ensuring UK regulatory compliance and a strong people-centric culture. This role offers a hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote work with global exposure.
