There is a major separation underway at the Foods business. This role sits within the HR change programme, leads defined workstreams across the HR agenda, and works closely with the Global HR Change Director and HRBPs. The role owns delivery in specific areas of the plan, brings structure to ambiguity, applies strong change and organisation design expertise, and turns strategic direction into practical execution. The scope spans the carve out areas of Supply Chain and Operations, Global Digital & Technology (GDT), Global Business Services (GBS), and the Corporate Centre.
Please note: the transaction and the nature of work for this project are subject to regulatory approvals, shareholder approval, and the relevant consultation processes (including Works Councils, where applicable).
Key Responsibilities- Own defined HR change workstreams end to end across the carve out areas, from planning through execution and follow through.
- Drive structured change delivery, with clear milestones, risks, dependencies and decision points.
- Apply organisation design expertise to develop structure options, clarify roles, assess spans and layers, and support transition planning.
- Lead implementation readiness across HR data, systems and processes to enable organisation change decisions.
- Support senior stakeholders with clear analysis, practical recommendations and high quality decision materials.
- Work with pace, judgement and discretion, simplifying complex change for leaders, HR teams and employees.
- Execute consultation in market and implement changes to stand up Foods during separation.
- Proven experience leading change or transformation workstreams.
- Organisation design expertise, including structure design, role clarity, spans and layers, and transition planning.
- Strong change management capability, with experience turning plans into action and landing change effectively.
- Able to operate independently in ambiguity and bring structure, pace and focus to complex work.
- Strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, and the ability to make the complex simple.
