Global HRBP: Employee Relations & Performance (Hybrid)

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner specializing in Employee Relations for a 4-month contract in Dublin. The role includes supporting business leaders across EMEA and LATAM, managing cases in line with employment law, and consulting with managers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, at least 5 years of HRBP experience, and familiarity with Workday. The position offers a hybrid working model: 3 days in-office and 2 days from home.
